Account & Billing
How do I log in to my account? You can log into your Sterling Parents account on our website by clicking “Log In” at the top right corner of the page. The website allows you to log in using either your phone number or email address. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) to securely access your account—no password required. On the mobile app, simply enter your phone number and we’ll send you a one-time password to log in.
How do I update my billing information? To update your billing info, log into your account on our website, go to “Account,” and click on “Manage Subscription.” You’ll be directed to our secure portal to download invoices, update payment method or make changes to your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website. Go to “Account,” and click on “Manage Subscription.” You’ll be directed to our secure portal where you can cancel your subscription. You’ll retain access through your paid period.
Using the Website
How do I access resources on the website? Once you’re logged in, you can browse collections, resources, and guides in the library. You can chat with Obi or search the library by topic, term or with a question.
How do I update my profile? Go to “Account” and select “update my profile” to update your name, email or phone number.
Where can I manage my email preferences? You can manage your email preferences by clicking the link at the bottom of any email communication. There you can choose which updates and communications you want to receive from us.
Using the Mobile App
Where can I download the app? You can download the Sterling Parents app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search “Sterling Parents” and install the app on your device.
How do I log into the app? Open the app and log in using the phone number you registered with, and you’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) to log in.
What features are available in the app vs. the website? The app offers personalized bite-sized weekly guidance, chat with Obi, access to our WellBeing content, WellBeing check-ins and our online community. You can access the library from both the app and website – but recommend viewing longer-form lessons on desktop for the best experience.
How do app notifications work? We send push notifications to keep you updated on new content, community engagement and WellBeing check-ins. You can manage your notification preferences inside your app settings.
How do I report a bug? If you experience an issue with the app, please email us at support@sterlingparents.com with details about the problem and your device type.
