How do I log in to my account? On the mobile app, simply enter the email you registered with and we’ll send you a one-time password to log in.

How do I update or cancel my subscription? You can make changes to your subscription anytime inside the app*. Go to “Manage My Subscription,” in the hamburger menu. 

*If you registered via Stripe Payments, go to this link to manage your subscription. You’ll be directed to our secure portal where you can cancel your subscription and update payment method. 


Using the Website

How do I access resources on the website? If you prefer to watch longer form video content on a desktop, you can head to our website. You’ll have access to browse collections, resources, and guides in the library. You can chat with Obi or search the library by topic, term or with a question. 

Where can I manage my email preferences? You can manage your email preferences by clicking the link at the bottom of any email communication. There you can choose which updates and communications you want to receive from us.


Using the Mobile App

Where can I download the app? You can download the Obi app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search “Obi by Dr. Sterling” and install the app on your device.

How do app notifications work? We send push notifications to keep you updated on new content, community engagement and WellBeing check-ins. You can manage your notification preferences inside your app settings.

How do I report a bug? If you experience an issue with the app, please email us at support@obipregnancyapp.com with details about the problem and your device type.
