Membership Support

If your membership includes the 1:1 direct messaging feature, you can access the Sterling Parents Instagram community by clicking “DM Dr. S” in the header and messaging through the Sterling Parents private Instagram account.

Need to connect or update your Instagram handle? You can do so in your account! 

Once your submit your IG handle, you will receive a follow request from the private account. Simply follow us back!

If your membership does not include this feature and you’d like to add it, simply head to the “account” tab and upgrade your subscription plan to the Everything + Premium Support Plan.

You can update your account details by clicking “account” at the top right of your screen. Inside your account, you’ll see the opportunity to update your password, subscription and payment information.

Your “profile picture” is a community feature that can be updated by going to the “Community” tab, navigating to your profile, and clicking the update picture link.

If your membership includes our events with Dr. Sterling & other experts, you can access the events calendar on your dashboard. Click the button “All Events” to view the complete calendar or click “subscribe” to add events to your personal calendar.

We also provide updates and event reminders via email.
